If your canvas arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery (no later than 30 days) with photos of the item, the inner and outer packaging, and the shipping label. We will arrange a free replacement or refund. For parcels marked delivered but not received, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for personalised or made-to-order items.
