Refund policy
No Returns on Personalized Products
All our products are made to order and personalized just for you. Due to the customized nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned unless the item is damaged, defective, or misprinted due to our or our production partner’s error.
Refunds & Replacements (Eligible Cases)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and its packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and, if approved, offer either a replacement (free of charge) or a refund (if applicable).
Please note: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to support your claim.
Prepaid Return Label Process
If your return is approved due to a production error, damage, or misprint:
- We will generate a prepaid return shipping label using our shipping carrier account or a third-party shipping service.
- This label, along with detailed return instructions, will be emailed to you.
- Important: You must use the provided label to return the item. Items sent back without prior authorization or without using the provided label will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Personalized orders (unless defective or incorrect)
- Wrong size selection or ordering errors by the customer
- Change of mind after ordering
- Orders that have already been processed and shipped
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered after delivery
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as production begins immediately. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that time, cancellations are not possible.

- Agreement: By placing an order with 7Lads, you agree to these terms.
- Response Time: We are committed to responding to return or refund claims within 48 hours and will keep you updated throughout the process.
