  • All our products are made to order. Production time is 2–5 business days before shipping.
  • Orders are sent for production immediately after placement, and cancellations are not possible once processing begins.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and size
  • Destination country
  • Selected shipping method

You will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your order.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order using the carrier’s website.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees.
  • These charges are not included in your total at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • 7Lads is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

6. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate it.
  • If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
  • We do not refund orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
